For me, Mariánské Lázně is one of the places that unfolds a very special magic, especially during the festive season. Magnificent spa houses, elegant colonnades and the traditional atmosphere of one of the most famous Bohemian spas form the stylish setting for a trip between Christmas and the turn of the year.
We are at Mariánské Lázně. A walk through the spa park and along the historic colonnades tells of the great time of European bathing culture, when crowned heads, artists and writers spent their summers here.
But this journey also thrives on their excursions. Karlovy Vary thrills with magnificent facades and its famous thermal springs, Franzensbad with the charm of a smaller, specially maintained spa.
